About

Tracy Pierce, Owner & Art Director of Thrive Creative

I originally got into the field of graphic arts, not as a living, but as a loving. I’ve always felt most comfortable and exhilarated when I’m in my element of art and design. I find beauty in dance, music, the eyes of a living being or animal – everyone and everything. I get inspiration from nature, color, texture, architecture, interior design, fashion, toys, but most of all people. My family, friends, and even complete strangers have all been great teachers and helped mold me into who I am today. If I can help people connect to the inspiration and beauty in my design, then I feel truly fulfilled in my work.

I began my career as a graphic artist after graduating from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, with an Associate in Specialized Technology and a Major in Visual Communication and Graphic Design. Over the years, I have made valuable connections and developed great relationships with ad agencies and companies who valued my work and my contribution to their marketing success.

These include:
Doner Advertising • Malone Advertising • Liggett Stashower • Stern Advertising • Susan Kandzer Design • Point-to-Point • Brokaw Inc. • ICI Paints • Ursuline Sophia Center • SpiritHeal Institute • Stoddard Porsche Parts • Moen

I have also been hired by ad agencies to work with their clients, including:
Sherwin-Williams • Kohl’s • Dole • Dupont • Exterior Portfolio • Max-Wellness • University Hospital • Cisco Systems • TimberTech • Key Corp. • Metropolitan Bank • McKinsey & Company

In 2008, after nearly 20 years in the graphic arts field, I started Thrive Creative, offering companies and ad agencies a complete line of graphic design services from someone who has experience and skill, not only in graphic design, but in project management as well.

Today I live and work in Mentor, Ohio. In my spare time, I enjoy working out in the gym and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Meditation is a very important part of my life, helping me to stay clear, grounded and to receive guidance for my life decisions.
